All items are posted by Australia post for a flat fee of $10 for standard post around Australia and $15 for a 5kg bag.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If your items are not in stock an email will be sent notifying you of the date they will be available.
Delivery time depends on place of destination and normally takes between three to five working days after the shipment date.
You will be notified by email when your item/s were sent so you can expect them.
We will gladly exchange or refund if an item is not the correct size or style you were after. In order to exchange/refund your purchase, we request within 7 days or receiving your goods you email or contact us with your details and item you wish to exchange or refund. Items must be returned in new condition, not worn, contain all tags and swing tickets and with original packaging. We will then send your new item/s or refund to your credit card. All postage costs will be at your own expense.
Refund must be is within 30 days of purchase.
Please note due to health regulations we cannot except returns on hosiery or underwear. Sale items are also non refundable.
We recommend registering the parcel when sending, as we except no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
